This is my fourth year teaching 4th grade at Roberts Street Elementary School and I love it just as much as my first! It is my privilege and pleasure to get to know a new group of kids and families each year here in Canastota.

I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from SUNY Oswego and worked for a number of years in human services. Then, after being home with my boys when they were young, I went back to college and earned my master's in education from Le Moyne.

When I am not in school, I love being with my own kids and my husband. We also live in Canastota and I love that I get to teach where I live. Being outdoors is where I feel happiest, so camping, hiking, and watching sports are at the top of my fun list. I also really enjoy being with people that I care about...spending time with them, hearing their stories, and having fun. This includes my family, friends and my students!
