**Tdap and Meningitis vaccinations must be administered and documented by the 1st day of the 2019-2020 school year in order for your child to attend school. (Students entering 6th grade who are only 10 years old, will be given a 2 week exclusion date from the date of their 11th birthday.)
Physicals:
Physicals will take place this fall for new entrants as well as students going into 5th and 7th grade. These physicals will be conducted by a physician from Tri-Valley Family Medicine. Physicals will take place in the RSES Health Office.
Screenings (*Please note there have been changes):
Screenings will be performed for the following grades for the 2019-2020 school year.
5th grade: Hearing, *Near & Distance vision, and *scoliosis for females only
7th grade: Hearing, *Near & Distance vision, and *scoliosis for females only
If there are any findings of concern, you will be notified via mail.
